Terms of Service

By using TALIMNA websites, APIs, or digital products you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. What we sell

• Digital products — downloadable toolkits, datasets, and templates delivered electronically.
• API services & subscriptions — metered API access and monthly plans.
• Services — scoped workflows, diagnostics, and maintenance engagements, each confirmed in writing before work starts.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD. Payment by USDC (Solana) or bank transfer against a formal invoice. No card processing, no hidden fees, no recurring charges beyond what you subscribe to.

3. Delivery

Digital products: download link issued on payment confirmation (normally within minutes). If a link has not arrived, email store@talimna.com and we will re-issue it. API keys: issued within one business day. Services: schedule agreed in the order confirmation.

4. License

Digital products are licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell, re-publish, or redistribute them as your own product. Source templates may be modified freely for internal use.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal use of our APIs, no abuse of rate limits, no resale of API access without a written partner agreement.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We deliver tools and analysis; commercial decisions remain yours.

7. Changes

We will email registered subscribers before any material change to these terms.
